Q: When will my order ship?
A: Orders received by 4pm CT are shipped the same day. All orders received after 4pm CT may ship the same day or the following business day.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: We provide a UPS tracking number(s) for your shipment(s) as soon as they become available. To locate a tracking number for your order once it has shipped, check the shipment confirmation email.
Q: What are my payment options?
A: We accept all American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa credit cards.
Q: Are supplies available for my scanner model?
A: Yes, basic supplies are available for purchase via the ordering website. If you need something that isn’t listed, contact the BMO Help Desk at (866) 867-2173 Option 5. Please be prepared with your scanner serial number located on the bottom of your scanner so we can better assist you.
